The following are the rules & regulations under which rooms are permitted to be used by the Guests:-

ARRIVAL: Standard Check In time is 12 Noon. Early Check In is subject to availability & on chargeable basis. All Guests have to present their Original Government Photo Identity Proof at the time of check in. (Driving License / Passport / Voter Card / Aadhar Card)

DAMAGE TO THE HOTEL PROPERTY:The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property (Linen, Furniture, Fixtures etc.) caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible and will be liable to pay the cost of such damages, whatever claimed by the hotel management.

SETTLEMENT OF BILLS: Advance has to be paid during check in and when demanded. Bills must be settled on presentation & accounts must be cleared in cash or with credit cards before checking out. We accept most reputed Credit Cards as well as Traveller’s cheques.

STANDARDS OF HYGIENE:Management observes within its control maximum Standards of Hygiene in housekeeping & food/beverage services. Management however cannot be responsible for any consequences as a result of factors beyond their control. In case of Electricity failure or any equipment failure, best efforts will be made to repair the fault. DG has a capacity to provide lighting to load like Fan, Lights & TV Only.

DEPARTURE: Standard Check Out time is 11 AM. Extension of stay beyond check out time is subject to the availability of rooms & will be charged extra. Before checking out, kindly ensure of recollection of your belongings. After leaving the room no complaints of theft or loss of any articles, will be entertained.

LAUNDRY SERVICES: Dial 444 for laundry service. Clothes given between 7 am to 10 am will be returned on same day till 10 pm. Since we outsource laundry service, so we are not responsible for any damages to clothes or its colour. Kindly check clothes properly while giving and receiving, we are not responsible for any valuables left in the cloth or any losses of cloth.

COMPANY’S LIEN ON GUESTS’ LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS: In case of default in payment of dues by a Guest, the Management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the guest and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards the amount due by the guest.

FOOD: Outside Food is strictly not allowed in rooms. No online delivery apps will be entertained too. Food & Beverages will be served in the dining area from our in-house Kitchen.

GUEST BELONGINGS:Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Management will not be responsible for any loss of goods or other property or any damages to his/her belongings, due to negligence of Hotel servants or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage. Safe deposit lockers are available at the Front Office to ensure the safety of any valuables at no extra cost. Leave your room key at the Front Office desk whenever you go out of the Hotel. Management does not accept liability for any accident, injury or misadventure.

VISITORS: Guests are requested to entertain their visitors in the sitting area only. No outside visitors are allowed in the room at any time of the day or night.

PARKING: Car parking is solely at the owner’s risk. Don’t leave any valuables in the car. Management shall not be responsible for any kind of loss viz. damages, theft, scratches, tyre punchers etc.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: Luggage can be stored in the Luggage room at the Guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage cannot be stored more than a period for one week.

MANAGEMENT’S RIGHT: The management itself reserves the right to add or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules. The management reserves the right to refuse any service to the guests or request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.

HAZARDOUS GOODS: Storing of cinema films (raw or exposed), explosives or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature in the residential rooms or in the luggage in room, is strictly prohibited.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Never let strangers enter the room; Check all callers through the one-way viewer on the door before admitting them. Do not reveal the name of your Hotel or the room number to strangers. If you are accosted by strangers regarding shopping etc. or if you notice any suspicious looking characters in the Hotel premises, please contact our Manager on extension 555 for guidance. Please go through the instruction placed at respective areas in the hotel before using any facilities in the Hotel. All the facilities in the hotel will be used at your own risk and the hotel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or mishap to the guest.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Eating or Splitting Pan, Gutka, Tobacco, Consuming or Storing Alcohol or Drugs, Smoking, Playing Cards, Listening Loud Music or TV, Shouting or Talking Loudly, Bringing Pets, Possessing any kind of weapons is Strictly Prohibited in the Premises. For Smoking & Chewing Gutka or Mava, kindly use Smoking Zone on the ground floor.
